What This Site Collects

Forms

When you use the contact form, the home valuation form or the “What Are You Planning?” questions, the site collects the details you enter: your name, email address and, if you provide them, your phone number, company, message, property address and answers. These are delivered by email through Web3Forms, a form delivery service, and are used only to respond to your request. Your information is never sold.

Calls, Emails and Texts

If you agree to be contacted, Shawn may reach you by call, email or text about real estate services. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile number and consent are never shared with third parties for their marketing.

Address Suggestions and Maps

As you type an address or place, the text is sent to Google Maps Platform, or as a backup to Photon (based on OpenStreetMap), to suggest matches. Neighborhood maps load from Google Maps or OpenFreeMap, and commute directions use Google Maps.

Cookies

If you enter the password for the Neighborhood Profiles, the site stores a small cookie in your browser for 30 days so you don’t have to enter it again.
